Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return a physical item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your physical item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Membership cancellation policy.

We understand that circumstances may change, and students may need to cancel their enrolment or request a refund.


Align Business Academy ("ABA") offers a monthly subscription-based program for our students, providing the flexibility to cancel their membership at any time. We want to ensure our refund policy aligns with the nature of our monthly billing cycle and provides clear guidelines for cancellations.


1. Cancellation Policy

Students enrolled in ABA's monthly subscription program can cancel their membership at any time. However, it's important to note that we do not provide refunds for cancellations made during the course of a billing month.


2. Cancellation Process

To initiate the cancellation process, students must submit a written request to our customer support team at hello@alignbusinessacademy.com. Upon receiving the written request, ABA will follow these procedures:


​a. Cancellation Request Processing: Your cancellation request will be processed within 5 working days of receiving your written request.


b. Access Restriction: Access to the program content will be restricted immediately upon the cancellation request being processed. This means you will no longer have access to the program materials and resources.


c. Billing Termination: Billing for the program will cease as of the date your cancellation request is processed. There will be no further charges after this date.


3. No Refunds for Mid-Month Cancellations

As mentioned earlier, ABA does not offer refunds for mid-month cancellations. This policy ensures that billing is aligned with the monthly subscription cycle, and any cancellation requests will take effect at the end of the current billing month.
